Terms & Policies


Empire Barber Supply will accept returns on defective merchandise within 30 days from date of purchase.  After 30 days, please follow the directive on the manufacturers warranty.  If you need assistance or a copy of a warranty, contact sales@empirebarbersupply.com.  

Items damaged during shipping must be reported within 48 hours of receipt so we can properly document the claim.

We will accept returns on items ordered in erorr in their original package and in sellable condition, sent prepaid to EBS.  A 15% restocking fee will apply. 

All returns require and RMA (return merchandise authorization), and any package received without an RMA will be refused and returned at customers expense.

WE CANNOT EXCEPT RETURNS on the following items once they have been opened/used for sanitary reasons: straight razors, shears, blades, shavers, combs, brushes, liquids, guards, etc. unless there is a verifiable manufacturer's defect.



All internet pricing may or may not be subject to the manufacturers MAP (minimum advertised pricing).  Empire Barber supply has no control over MAP, as the manufacturers have set a firm pricing structure to ensure competitive integrity.

However if you are unsure that you are getting the lowest professional price, or you’ve seen the same item for less on a competitors site (not Amazon, etc.) please feel free to contact us at sales@empirebarbersupply.com or 973-241-5087 and we’ll do our best to match or beat that price.

Prices are subject to change without notice, and though you’ll never be asked to pay a higher price once your order has been submitted, items left in your cart or favorites for an extended period can change price as new inventory arrives.



Due to an increase in fraudulent orders we reserve the right to refuse shipment to any address other than the credit card “bill to” address on record with the credit card issuer.  In the event this affects your order, you will be notified prior to shipping.

We consider all information provided to us by our customers to be both private and confidential, and we will not provide this information to third parties.  However, we will cooperate fully with Law Enforcement, US Government, or similar agencies in situations of fraud, who can demonstrate a clear legal requirement on our part to disclose information.

Images on the site may differ slightly from the item you receive due to manufacturer changes that are beyond our control.  EBS will not be responsible for return shipping on any item that looks different than the picture listed but is the correct manufacturer model/style ordered.  However, we will gladly refund or exchange any item the customer returns during the return period, pursuant to our return policy.
